How exciting it all sounds. I thought of you so often. It sounds to me like one of the most important things you learned was what constitutes "home" and I couldn't agree more!
While you were freezing, I was sweating in the jungles near Cancun, snorkeling, and meeting Hurricane Emily face to face. A new adventure, that now that I have experience, don't feel the need to experience again!
Much love to you both. I was also thinking about what an exciting time it was almost a year ago!
