Construction? That's a good sign, right?
Oh, sweet wamez.
No, not a good sign if they are re-routing all of the utilities AWAY from your place. Because your place isn't safe and they don't want their stuff to be affected. In fact, they have cut a big trench in the OTHER side of the street, which actually makes us now question if the stability of the road/cliff has been compromised even more.
Sigh.
I am trying to have a positive outlook, though.
